Private Membership Agreement — Chapel Access, Waiver of Suit, and Indemnification
This Agreement grants the Member access to the private club and chapel in exchange for paid membership. It confirms that the Member is 21 years of age or older, that participation is limited to private members, that the chapel and sacraments shared are not sales but private gifts between members.
Dues and fees are for access to the facility and administration of the Club only — they are not payment for sacraments, which are never sold.
Dues are for facility access and administration only. Donations are voluntary and support stewardship of the chapel.
