Ceremony & Safety — Native Christ Church
Ceremony here is religious practice within a private covenant community—a harbor for those who freely choose to worship. These notes support reverence and clarity; they are not a substitute for in-chapel pastoral guidance or professional care.
Sacraments in our tradition
We recognize core sacraments when used lawfully and reverently, consistent with our public notice:
- Prayer Tobacco (Sacred Tobacco) — prayer smoke and offering
- The Sacred Leaf and Flower (Cannabis) — flower for contemplation and communion
- Psilocybin Mushrooms — vision, ancestral connection, and spiritual awakening
- Additional botanicals — by discernment of the Council of Elders
God's organic gifts, received as sacraments, are sacred gifts, not commodities—never sold, never charged for, never distributed as commerce. See Home and FAQ.
Preparation and intent
Come in a spirit of reverence and voluntary participation. We ask for positive spiritual intent—seeking threshold, liturgy, and community—not harm to self or others. Participation is always free and uncoerced; you may step back at any time. Only verified adult members (21+) belong in member-only sacramental space.
Safety and well-being
Sacramental practice affects people differently. If you have medical conditions, take prescription medications (especially cardiac or psychiatric medicines), are pregnant or nursing, or are unsure about risk, consult a qualified physician before participating. This site and our community do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Follow chapel rules set by leadership for the safety of the congregation. Specific preparation, timing, and pastoral direction belong in person with those who steward the chapel—not as dosing or how-to instructions on the web.
