Native Christ Church
A harbor for the seeking soul. We offer threshold, liturgy, and community for conscious adults who freely choose to enter covenant.
Notice — Private Religious Chapel
Not Open to the Public
This is a private religious association and private membership chapel. It is not open to the public. Only individuals who have applied for membership, verified that they are conscious adults of legal age, signed our Private Membership Agreement, and received a personal membership credential may enter.
We are a church and a private club: a place of worship, not a business. We do not sell products, we do not offer public services, and we do not operate as a dispensary, lounge, or retail establishment. Nothing here is for sale.
All sacramental practice in this chapel takes place among consenting adult members who share our beliefs and our covenants. Members bring, store, and share their own sacraments as religious gifts, in the context of worship.
Notice to Law Enforcement and Government Agencies
This chapel is private property used as a private religious association and private membership club. It is not a place of public accommodation and is expressly not open to the public. Access is restricted to credentialed members only. Under 42 U.S.C. § 2000a(e), bona fide private clubs not in fact open to the public are exempt from public-accommodation regulation.
Entry and Jurisdiction
Law enforcement and government agents have no right of entry without:
- a valid search warrant supported by probable cause, or
- voluntary consent of a person with authority over this space, or
- genuine exigent circumstances under the Fourth Amendment.
Routine administrative inspections appropriate for public businesses do not apply here. Warrantless entry may violate the Fourth Amendment.
Religious Exercise and Equal Treatment
Worship and sacraments here are protected by the First Amendment and RFRA (42 U.S.C. § 2000bb–1). Sacraments shared among consenting adult members are religious practice and sacred gifting, not commerce. Mischaracterizing these as "sales" or "distribution" while allowing other religions to share their sacraments would constitute unlawful discrimination under the Fourteenth Amendment.
